fenerbahçe v. turkish football federation & uefa: appeal withdrawn
the turkish football club fenerbahçe has decided to withdraw its appeal against the turkish football federation and uefa. the appeal was filed after fenerbahçe was excluded from the uefa champions league 2011/2012 on the basis of alleged match fixing. as a consequence, the hearing which was scheduled to take place on 18 june 2012 is cancelled and the cas will terminate this arbitration procedure.
